Rosie Firth, Lead Sports Therapist

A passion for living an active life and wanting to help others to do the same, led to me qualifying as a Sports Therapist and personal trainer. After working within a group training and rehabilitation centre for several years, I decided to establish my own clinic within Driffield Health Hub in 2021.   Throughout my career I have helped hundreds of individuals from competitive athletes to people recovering from joint replacements, runners to rugby players, busy parents and grandparents and everything in between.   I take great pleasure in providing my clients with high quality healthcare enabling them to live life to the fullest, pain free and in an optimal condition. Rebuilding strength and performance through a combination of exercise and hands on treatment to create resilient, unstoppable bodies.

After finding a love for fitness 10 years ago, Becky decided to take qualifications and train as a fitness instructor in 2015, at first teaching in outdoor boot camps.   In 2016 she trained as a yoga teacher, after having a personal practise for years previously, she wanted to share her passion for yoga. This led her to work in gyms, teaching yoga, barbells, kettlebells, circuits, and HIIT classes. In 2020 she opened her own yoga studio in Scarborough, and started her degree at York St John University in Sports & Exercise Therapy. Currently working with Scarborough Athletic Football Club as Sports Therapist.   Becky has a passion for helping people to achieve their potential in life, through sports therapy, yoga & fitness, supporting clients in their journey.   With a vast knowledge of these areas, Becky uses this to support taking a holistic approach to diagnosis and treatment, which enables Becky to support clients fully.
